In addition to my experience as a lawyer, I have experience as an entrepreneur. I founded a successful telecommunications company that I eventually sold to a Fortune 500 company. Needless to say, I understand how to build businesses from the ground up.

Commercial insurance is an extremely complicated matter for both new businesses and established businesses. I can help new businesses get the right coverage. I can do policy reviews for existing businesses. All too often, businesses do not have sufficient insurance. They may have worked with an insurance agent, but that agent may not have been trained specifically to address business insurance related matters, leaving businesses with policies that do not cover what needs to be covered. I make certain that businesses are covered.
I also assist with filing claims. Before contacting their insurance carrier, I encourage them to contact me. When there is a large claim, businesses can count on their insurance carrier finding a way not to cover the claim. My role is to get coverage.
